Shipping Policy

A typical order on this website spends approximately 1–2 business days in processing before shipment. Estimated delivery/transit then runs for 3–5 business days. The processing allowance does not form part of the transit estimate, and neither period is guaranteed.

Review destination availability and charges at checkout, including any conditions for free shipping. Restrictions can apply to a location or product format. An order needs a correct, complete shipping address as well as reliable email and phone details.

Use the available tracking record for shipment progress; a gap between scans does not necessarily indicate a lost package. Holidays, demand, weather, and carrier reviews may lengthen the journey. Include the order ID, checkout email, and tracking identifier when asking us about lateness or loss.

When a delivery confirmation does not match what you received, search the delivery location and consult others there, then ask us to review the case with the carrier. Photograph or film damaged items and their packaging and keep them for review. Do not ship a return without prior permission.
